Further, at the end of five years following the capital injection, the Dongguan Government has the option of selling its shares in DADM to Anwell at cost plus interest.</font>

LG is South Korea-based manufacturer of electronic appliances and devices. Kodak will have continuing access to its OLED technology for use in its products. Eastman Kodak has agreed to sell substantially all of the assets associated with its OLED business to a group of LG Electronics companies. The transaction is expected to complete by the end of 2009. Nomura Securities International, Inc. is acting as financial advisor to Eastman Kodak on this transaction.
